I haven't necessarily resigned to the point of hopelessness yet, I think we still have time. Perhaps we can still do something about it. Maybe not perfectly so, but enough to make a difference to restore the balance of good and evil in the world. I think that is absolutely paramount. As cheesy as that sounds. I personally think that is the utmost important consideration.

The term "military precision" sounds great to most civilians but for anyone who actually served in the military... "Hurry up and wait" comes to mind.
But I think at times this is done by design too. The table top exercises we have heard about, have been run and conducted more similar to special operations units would before their deployment. They don't go in blind, they rehearse the operations with several potential outcomes many times leading up to the raid/operation. They trouble shoot it and have the budgets to build mock up villages or whatever to best achieve the outcome they desire. I feel this situation is similar.

However, I think there are actually multiple pathologies occurring here and I cannot rule out some of the graphene nano-tech stories just yet. Nor can I confirm them either.
I confess there is a lot I don't know. But I do know people have been injured. I also know these could never work that well from the get go for a number of reasons. I also know there were a vast number of other options they had, they could have chosen (More staff, more clinics, more treatment options) which would have served us better, not just for the pandemic, but for all future medical events. Eg follow the established emergency management cycle and heirarchy of safety controls and it becomes quite obvious what has been missed.
I also know quite a lot about bio-weapons and the way they can be deployed and when they cannot be deployed. It makes sense to me that this concoction is a soup of variable toxins. Prion disease, mitochondrial damage, autoimmune triggering, SPED along with the potential of adding a secondary bio-surveillance compound such as graphene is not off the table.
If your goal was to reduce the worlds population. The developed world would be priority number 1 for a host of reasons. They use more, are more educated and better capable of resisting.
The way to do it would not be a nuclear war, or a bioweapon in the traditional sense. Because it places too much risk on yourself and allies releasing it. Too many variables.
A vaccine would be a logical choice if you can get people to infect themselves with it. But you would have to have something that causes harm slowly, very slowly over a period of years. Because otherwise people would realize what was happening and quickly retaliate.
Likewise you would need it to cause multiple medical issues, so it takes doctors a long time to identify the patterns. Because even in chronic disease causing agents, like agent orange for example, some people do develop acute symptoms despite most taking many years to develop. So it must by design have multiple pathologies to throw this pattern off.
I fear this is exactly what has happened and people are only just realizing it now. It may not be. I hope it isn't. But it is better safe than sorry. I think we still should do what we can to prevent or mitigate this type of scenario. Just like people should fireproof and earthquake proof their houses. Because an ounce of prevention is worth a pound in cure.
