I think those antioxidants are good and likely to help, but tbh I doubt they will truly be enough.
Like they will help slow down some of the damage. But in a way it'll be like employing someone to sweep the rain drops off the footpath whilst it's raining.
It'll be more important to stop or slow the process of oxidative stress in the first place. In my honest opinion. Although doing both processes (high antioxidants + minimizing oxidative stress) will be better again.
I have to say. I am Mr all natural, holistic, herbal health. So you wouldn't hear me championing a pharmaceutical unless I could see no other way.
Accelerated aging is one of the happy consequences of spike toxicity. That was a hypothesis I had, nowadays I have some observations to support it, but no will to keep track anymore.
The hypothesis stems from that article talking about how spike interferes with the DNA repair mechanisms. It's a rather natural conclusion. I wish it was just a crackpot theory.
Personally, I just want solutions. We have a problem, a very large and significant problem.
We can either fix the problem or we can avoid the problem. It seems we are going to be forced to do the latter. But whilst we still have a little time up our sleeves, it makes sense to try establish a process to try to minimize the extent of the issue.
A small action now might still create ripples later. Who knows.
For sure. I've been looking for someone smarter than me considering these solutions seriously. So far, I've found that there are some compounds that could interfere with spike activity.
Curcumin is apparently somewhat effective at mitigating the problem, but besides there being very little research (lmao), the compound has very little bioavailability. However, to offset this, there is research that indicates that curcumin can be beneficial in the context of cancer (cough cough).
Another compound that has statistical evidence backing it up is vitamin D, which if you recall, was associated with much lower risk of severe covid (80% of severe cases had low levels of vitD).
One of the possible mechanisms to explain that 80% figure comes from the fact that severe covid is associated with a disregulation of the immune system. Vitamin D is essential in regulating the immune system.
I am glad, really glad this is understandable. It's an important field of research that otherwise seems to be poorly spoken about nor well studied by most doctors.
I just want to give this field of research a platform.
Any thoughts on CoQ10 and PQQ? How about DMG?

Yeah. I know right.

Fascinating. Thank you for making this so understandable.

And your readers appreciate that. Thanks again.
