saw this off of Steve Kirsch's substack...CFS is a mitochondrial issue. Look into C60 (carbon 60), Methylene Blue, Melatonin (see latest Mercola article today), NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Copper deficiencies - (common with ALL CFS issues - https://www.facebook.com/groups/thecopperrevolution), and Infrared Sauna (heavy metal detox) . These would be an extremely good jump start....worked wonders for me.

I am sure you have told us this before, but did you have to get a lot of shots to be in the army or become a medic? I am wondering....because I had not to my recollection, but then I remembered a Shot after I cut my hand on some glass....and then god help me a rabies series.

Yes I had a number of them as a child and then entering the army I also had a few more. From memory it was a meningococcal, hepatitis, MMR and diptheria and tetanus.

As medics we also gave shots to the new recruits. But I never had any crazy new ones like the Gulf war vets. Those guys were used and abused like real guinea pigs.

I don't think it required crazy new ones. They already had changed the diptheria/tetanus ones...and hepatitis was a bad one too. I suspect you and I might be suffering from the latent effects of getting some of these shots...maybe we go along and go along until one day we pick up a virus...and we spend years in a haze of exhaustion and pain. Im still in the haze really. I don't know if the virus is EB or Lyme or one of a number...but I think the DTap or DT or whatever (you cannot just get a tetanus shot anymore haven't been able to for years) and I suspect something in that reacts with a variety of viruses..because we all have these things that can be lumped into post virus disease ..CF, Lyme, Long covid, etc cause exactly same symptoms...and there is a murine virus that was used to grow these shots...I think Dr. Judy Mikovitz has the answer for us. She invented something, and I will go find it. She was the first to say you cannot use animals to grow vaccines...found the murine virus contamination was fired and persecuted for it. Remember, there has been no studies on long term effects of any shots...none, zip nada. I am beginning to suspect they have more long term effects than we can imagine. Let me go find Dr. Judy M.

The story broke in 2009 in a now infamous article authored by Mikovits's team and published in Science.9 In it they claimed to have found stunning evidence of XMRV in the majority blood samples of people with ME/CFS. This is from an article inNIH denouncing her. INteresting read. I have her book Plague of Corruption, and I am more for her version of events.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7398426/

Truth be told. One of Mikovitz books "Plague" has been on my watch list for a long time but I never got around to reading it.

Who knows whether there is or is not potential toxicity in those older vaccines. I suspect there is some in all fairness but how much??? its so hard to say. Why did I get CFS/M.E and not the other guys I served with?

Genetic predispositions. Other lifestyle factors. Other unique life experiences and what not likely come into play.

My current thinking is along the lines of filling up a leaky bucket with toxins.

If the bucket fills with too much toxins certain permanent conditions then arise.

To fill the leaky bucket requires a faster input than the leaks in the bucket will allow it to drain.

To prevent or treat these conditions. You can do either of two things, create larger holes in the bucket so it drains faster. Eg methods of speeding up detoxification.

Or you could remove toxins from your environment to slow the filling of the bucket. But ideally you would do both.

But using this bucket metaphor. We are all born with different sized buckets too. Some have smaller buckets that can fill easier and others have much larger buckets that can take a pounding pretty much indefinitely and never fill up.

This is our genetic predisposition.

All three factors. How much comes in. How much goes out and our genetic predispositions likely have a basis in why some get chronic conditions and cancers and why others do not.
