Note: It's my birthday, so I can write what I want to.
On a runaway train
Racing towards a cliff
Danger is present
It's hard to miss
But don't dare speak up
Or slam on the brakes
Conspiracy theories
Say conmen and snakes
I don't write nearly enough, or particularly consistently. I prefer to spend most of my time trolling the comments of other writers, using their novel ideas for inspiration to write witty and poetic lines.
It's party because I am tired most days, fatigued, slightly irritable. But it's also partly a lack of self discipline. I can acknowledge my flaws. Who out there is perfect?
But frankly, often I wish others would scroll through some of my earlier posts, which, at least from my own biased perspective are still incredibly relevant to todays events.
We live in a dopamine democracy, fast fashion, fast ideas, faster messages, instant gratification and information overload. New ideas come at me now. And any brief pause between them sometimes seems silent and still but in a way that is frankly… Quite boring.
But often this attitude is part of the problem, as we constantly search for new and novel, the good old fashioned, tried and trusted oftentimes go missed and muted.
Here is my attempt to bring them to life again.
Mostly for my twenty or so new subscribers. But of course also for my hundred or so existing ones.
Because you guys matter.
At least to me.
Something old
The Servile State
Is the name of a book written by poet Hilaire Belloc in the year 1912. And it centers on a topic that is incredibly important to understand as he wrote over a hundred years ago with uncanny foresight.
The Servile State is Hilaire Belloc's fascinating description of the economic history of England. This book gives a brief overview of the rise of capitalism and the viability of its alternatives, distributism and collectivism. Written over 100 years ago, this book is still highly relevant especially in light of the recent growth of the buy local/eat local movement. A must read for anyone looking to expand their view of economic theory beyond the basic right vs. left.
The basic premise of the book is as followed.
Capitalism and communism are not necessarily opposite ends of the socio-political spectrum. But that illusion, whilst simultaneously ignoring the theory of distributism, allows the State to marry the largest corporations in a splendid combination of the worst of both.
Unfettered capitalism creates monopolies or duopolies. These swell to be industry giants. To be companies that are so large they will dwarf whole nations.
Where as unfettered communism, beyond being unnatural and defying most of man's inherit instincts will allow states to create a sense of equality and equity. Whilst really crafting laws to serve the mighty corporation which fund and therefore control them.
Our servile state is sickening
As we march unto its midst
The worst of both extremes happening
As dog-eat-dog capitalism mounts the communist bitch.
Where corporates control the policy
By power and decree
And the state enforces its subjugation
On the working family
A mongrel of madness and delusion
Confusion for the crowds
As they watch their freedom slip away
And heaven be blackened by clouds
Something new
Mitochondrial mutagenesis
It really needs to be addressed
Break the term down.
Mitochondrial - the little engines which drive each of the trillion cells that make up your body, organs, tissues. With complex secondary roles and their own DNA that like all DNA can be damaged by toxins, invaders, radiation and their own ROS if unchecked.
Mutagenesis - To mutate, change, be damaged as a consequence of those particular toxins, invaders, radiation or oxidative stress. A form of genotoxicity found in genes outside of the nucleus. Our secondary genome. The one we seem to keep forgetting about but is incredibly important for our continued evolution, epigenetic expression and energy.
I have written extensively on this topic as I myself have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and spent the last decade or so trying to understand how a once fit, strong, healthy, special operations army medic who lived and breathed high performance, high functioning, high impact… got so tired, weak, frail and why no one seemed to know what it is. Nor how to fix it.
Mighty mitochondria
Their DNA so insecure
Able to be damaged by toxins
As they roam 'round and explore
Dysfunction and a lack of energy
With complex secondary roles
Spike protein doesn’t like them
As studies now show.
Long Covid
Gulf war syndrome
Chronic Lyme disease
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis
And now this post vaccine induced fatigue… Long Vax Syndrome.

Dr. Garcia writes here on Substack and I really want to showcase some of his writing as I find it poetic, powerful and frankly quite awe inspiring.
He has been instrumental in my own love of poetry, the language of the soul, the subconscious mind and often sparks up my own imagination, offering solutions and strong critiques of the cult like behavior we see in our communities.
It’s been approximately three years, three long and wearisome years, since the madness descended upon us.
Some of us thought that the story about a wet-market bat in Wuhan was an obviously deliberate deception.
Some of us thought that the globally-synchronized rush to shut down the world and pursue a single solution – the so-called vaccine – was an omen.
Some of us thought that our medical institutions, by pushing lockdowns for the healthy, masks for everybody, school closures and remote learning and work, among other things, all the while neglecting early treatment and prevention, had betrayed us and themselves profoundly and inexplicably.
Some of us hesitated to believe that the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test for COVID was legitimate.
Some of us, looking around carefully to notice a dearth of dead bodies regularly scooped up off the streets, doubted that we were truly in the midst of a devastating pandemic.
Some of us chose to heed the therapeutic advice of Drs. Vladimir Zelenko, Pierre Kory and Peter McCullough, the epidemiological findings of Dr. John Ioannidis, and the grave warnings about the mRNA inoculation by Drs. Sucharit Bhakdi and Mike Yeadon, and many others.
Some of us simply listened to our own autonomous good sense and reasoned that there was no cause to be hysterically alarmed and no need to receive a newly-introduced injection for which long-term studies were absent.
Some of us were mystified by the increasingly vehement language used to subject us to political and medical dictates.
Some of us wondered why doctors stopped being doctors and instead became meek unthinking servants who forgot all about informed consent, individualized treatment and the principle of not doing harm.
Some of us predicted that the generation of spike proteins and the introduction of messenger RNA into our cells might result in a plethora of devastating consequences for health, consequences that could not be described in their entirety but which could include vascular compromise, strokes, inflammatory autoimmune reactions and a weakening of our immune system’s ability to function properly and robustly.
Some of us were disgusted by the attempt to scapegoat those who refused to be inoculated by an unnecessary and potentially dangerous agent, and to exclude us from the fabric of society.
Some of us bristled at the attempts to deny us the right to congregate, worship, protest and, in countries like New Zealand, even to take a swim.
Some of us didn’t accept that young children having strokes or dropping dead, or super-fit athletes dying on the pitch, or regular folks perishing far sooner than expected was normal.
Some of us gave up our jobs and lost many friendships for making a decision to think for ourselves and reject ill-conceived coercions.
Some of us also saw that the Corona War was the first big battle in a mission to digitize, control and enslave much of the now-depopulating population.
Some of us called a spade a spade and murder, by any other name – such as ‘excess mortality’ – murder. .
Others, now three years down the line, as a mountain of evidence that can no longer be concealed, even by MSM propaganda, accumulates about the serious risks of the jabs, aside from their inefficacy, are beginning to give public mea culpas for their initial and often rabid promotion of the global governmental/media position.
Some of these others have dared to ask how those of us could have been so right so early on:
‘What was our secret?’
They have had the chutzpah to criticize us for not having warned them emphatically enough in the midst of the fear-frenzy:
‘Why hadn’t we pulled them up by the lapels and shaken some sense into them? Why were we so selfish with our knowledge, and so timid in our campaign?’
To all these others, late-comers to the party of truth, standing at the gates on Judgment Day, I have two words, which I will not say.
Instead, I ask:
“Why were you such cowards? Where was your common sense?”
Emanuel E. Garcia, M.D.
Something blue
Yo, listen up here's a story
About a little guy
That lives in a blue world
And all day and all night
And everything he sees is just blue
Like him inside and outside
No matter how much you think you know, there will always be more you don’t.
But I know the majority of our covid response created a tunnel vision like focus on a bunch of experimental vaccines. Ignoring most other layers of defense and a lot of common sense.
Ignoring the tried and true basic principles of the emergency management cycle, on both the local and national scale.
Reduction
Readiness
Response
Recovery
Ignoring the basic hierarchy of safety controls which begins with the strongest controls at the top and descend to the lowest controls using PPE at the bottom. A lack of imagination in engineering controls, processes, triage of when and where to apply them and just overall a lack of general efficiency.
They also seemed to forget a lack of the consideration of the basic principle that all actions have reactions. And that secondary and tertiary hazards, those are hazards resulting from the original controls, were not taken account of or spoken about.
Eliminate
Substitute
Isolation and engineering controls
Administrative controls
PPE
I saw the fear based narrative, ignoring for example the well known science of Psychoneuroimmunology.
Psychoneuroimmunology is the study of the interaction between the mind, the nervous system, and the immune system. Communication between these systems is complex. Bidirectional neurological pathways exist, however, and psychological phenomena such as stress and depression may impact the immune system.
Stress contributes to metabolic disease. Metabolic disease contributes to severity of sickness.
A lack of natural, cheap, health promotion activities, something that by now should be recognized as one of the most important factors in limiting severe disease.
In the link above, there are countless of first hand accounts of the sufferings of those who have been cheated, tricked, coerced and conned into taking a medical intervention they didn’t need.
And how it has harmed them.
It’s just not fair.
Now we do not know what will happen to any number of these wounded soldiers in the future. Without any long term safety testing, genotoxicity studies, distribution data, or wider acknowledgement they exist, we are in the dark.
We do not know what the future holds. All warfare, after all, is based on deception and there is so much mud in the waters now, it is hard to recognize it as water for you can practically walk upon it.
I have my theories, but each day I see new information which both compliment it and at times runs at odds with it.
The future it seems is just as it always has been, not for us to know. But only to eventually experience. Just not today.
Tunnel-vision on a problem
Run away without relief
The solution, unsatisfactory
Forever - frowning - grief
Sleight of hand is contagious
Salesmen sell by fright
Buy our solution today,
Or be dead tomorrow night.
… I'll take two.
And I'll have three,
Stampedes of turmoil
Swell the economy
Riches richer ever more
Destitution - poverty - poor
The whole world a worried wasteland
Burnt to its corporate core
Scorched of its suffering
Charred along its shore
Existing as a crisis
Madness, a memory
Of a great blue orb
Floating splendidly
In a state of harmony
On a tide of galaxy
A cosmic ocean beyond us
If only - we forgo - the fee
Concluding remarks
I don’t know what the fee is.
But I know I am not ever going to pay it.
We are free, our fathers, grandfathers and their fathers died in trenches, fought through thick mud and blistering cold battlefields to ensure we have it. And so we shall have it. Always and forever. Not giving it back because of social pressure. My soul is worth more than any phony pat on the back that society can offer me.
I just hope yours is too.
Be true to who you are
Whether coward or a fool
Or one of privilege
Of fancy private school
Or homeless and in shambles
Beat down by the game
It doesn't even really matter
If you ought to be insane
But stand behind your spirit
Don't throw yourself away
To fit in with others
All trying to do the same
Because when in Rome is fine to follow
When all is fine and yay
But never when it's getting close
To final judgement day
Those poems fucking rock.
Happy Belated Birthday! I really enjoyed reading this. Worked as an EMT many years ago and now a disgruntled RN. Thank you!
