A very dark post for you today....but I understand.

If my survival, and my family's survival, was at stake, then yes, I would do what it takes (within reason!) to do this. Killing people left, right and centre to survive would not work for me long-term. I could justify it to myself short-term, possibly, but only if it's in the 'kill or be killed' category. I would never kill other people just 'because'. Being permanently hunted and having to stay one step ahead of Them all the time would also eventually turn me crazy, I think! But look, I still think I could 'survive' well into whatever future we have, I suppose, because I'm GOOD at survival! But Life is not just about survival, it's also about breeding - and that means the next generation. What's the point of just surviving if you can't offer a better future for your kids? If I'm but one person in a small group, and there are other small groups out there in the wilderness, but we come across them about once every 5 years or less, what sort of life is that? But I'd still take that life over the super-surveillance 15-minute cities where you must do as you're told...or else. I'd rather spend the rest of my days, however long I'd get, in Mother Nature, taking Life as it truly comes, warts, injuries and all. Where there's a will there's a way.

But we wouldn't have to do it that way if people weren't so hellbent on their materialism right now. If only the masses could realise what is going on under their noses RIGHT NOW, because you're correct: when the masses DO realise what's going on, it'll be too darned late for most of our biology. On the bright side, you only need as little as 40 breeding pairs, preferably 1000, to manage a population with enough biological variation - but obviously this is the bare minimum, and I wouldn't recommend going so low! But if that's all you've got, well, I guess you have to make do, right?! There have been biological bottlenecks in our species before - and we got through it:

https://www.npr.org/sections/krulwich/2012/10/22/163397584/how-human-beings-almost-vanished-from-earth-in-70-000-b-c

So even if most people die in the coming years and the biology is effectively screwed, and/or we have 2 types of people for a while: normal humans and biologically(jab)-altered humans, then perhaps shifting about in those small nomadic groups for 200-300 years or so might still mean that your great, great, great, great, great, great great, great, great-grandkids might have a better future.

If we're lucky, we might even be able to end this AI madness within 50-100 years. Done right, you don't need millions of people to do the dirty work, you just need to enough people to be in strategic places at the right time so they can pull the plug, possibly even literally! Hell, sometimes you just need one person. But you DO need plenty of other healthy people in the Revolution brigade, capable of BUILDING the generations after that. So maybe we just need a pile of Survivalists right now.
